It is software. It has no independent authority. It does not turn model output into truth.

Hydrogenuine does not claim AGI, consciousness, sentience, autonomous authority, production certification, third-party audit, customer deployment, or model correctness. Proof bundles record what happened. They do not prove the model was right.
