Governed Research Soak is a live proof walkthrough. Hydrogenuine ran a local LM Studio model (mistralai/mistral-7b-instruct-v0.3) through a governed research workflow. The runtime held unsupported output, captured live sources, quarantined candidate findings, and routed review through an operator console. One finding was approved, another was denied, and both actions left signed local operator receipts.

Verdict: GREEN_GRS_OPERATOR_UI_LIVE. Gate checks 42/42 (from gate_result.json). Tests 16/16 (from test_result.json). Operator auth is demo-local; production operator auth is false.
