# Hydrogenuine

Hydrogenuine is a governed operating system and runtime for AI agents and workflows. It focuses on scoped autonomy, authority boundaries, receipts, refusal records, proof bundles, memory quarantine, contradiction tracking, source capture, and operator review.

Core frame:
Model proposes. Runtime disposes. Authority leaves receipts. Refusal is a valid result.

Primary proof:
The Governed Research Soak live proof walkthrough shows a local LM Studio model run through source support gates, live source capture, memory quarantine, browser approve and deny actions, signed local operator receipts, a final document, and a GREEN proof gate. Gate checks read 42/42 from gate_result.json and tests read 16/16 from test_result.json. Operator auth is demo-local; production operator auth is false.

Important boundaries:
Hydrogenuine does not claim AGI, consciousness, sentience, autonomous authority, production certification, third-party audit, customer deployment, or model correctness. Proof bundles record what happened. They do not prove the model was right. Hydrogenuine is currently presented for technical review and design-partner conversations.
